This provides answers to the customer’s most frequently asked questions.

 

Q: When should we register our wedding?
A: Weddings should be registered at 30 days in advance.

 

Q: Do we need an appointment?
A: No. You can come in anytime to register your wedding. We do take appointments for later try-ons, so that we may give you our full attention!

 

Q: When should our wedding people be fitted?
A: We would like all initial fittings to be finished by one month before your wedding.

 

Q: What if someone is from out of town? 
A: Because Churchill’s is affiliated with Jim’s Formal Wear stores throughout the nation, your out-of-town fittings can be made in any of over 5,000 other affiliates. Just click on 
www.jimsformalwear.com and click at the top of the page [Find a Store].

 

Q: Does the wedding party try-on the tuxes before the wedding?
A: Yes! Your Party's rentals will be ready for final fittings the thursday before your event date. We ask that everyone that can make it in before 5 pm that friday to assure the best fit of your rental.

 

Q: What if a guest arrives late the night before the wedding?
A: No problem! Because we do all tailoring in the store, we can do an immediate final fitting first thing Saturday morning so as to accommodate your late guest.

 

Q: What if we are having a Friday wedding?
A: Again no problem! We move all fittings up by one day.

 

Q: When must the tuxedos be returned?
A: All tuxedos must be returned between 10:00am and 6:00pm on the following Monday. If that Monday is a legal holiday, then the tuxes must be returned on Tuesday between 10:00am and 6:00pm.
